CymbalFusion.com allows 30 days from the date you received your gear to setup a return. All returns must have a return authorization number before making the return. To setup a return, call us at 866-374-5766. Any goods returned without an authorization number are charged a 15% restocking fee plus any outbound shipping fees. All original packing materials must be included, and merchandise must be in new condition. If you decide to return the merchandise for reasons other than it being damaged or defective, then you are responsible for any shipping and handling charges including shipping charges to your door for products that have free shipping. Returns are not allowed for special order items.
We do not accept returns on the following items:
- drum heads
- drum sticks
- individual drums
- books
- videos
- cleaning products
- small parts and accessories

For shipping domestically, we use Fedex Ground.
We use USPS Priority for International Shipments.
If it is an item we have in stock, it will ship the same day ( order must be received by 4pm central time). If it is a drop ship item, please allow 2-3 extra days for your item to ship. If an item is backordered, we will let you know immediately along with an ETA . . . if you choose to cancel the order, a full refund will be provided.
