In this 7x14 configuration, the SonicPly shell features 12 plies of Maple with two 1/36" aluminum sheets seamlessly integrated, producing a higher pitch, brighter tone, and shorter sustain than traditional maple shells. The 60° precision-cut bearing edges maximize depth, punch, and tuning range, making it equally at home in the studio or on tour.
