This Quick Release Hi Hat clutch from Gibraltar outperforms the standard clutch in versatility, ease of use and setup time. With it's quick release mechanism it replaces the standard screw-on threaded nut with a spring-loaded lock that slips on and off in less than one second. Simply pull down on the collar and it slides off, to reinsert just depress the middle section with your thumb saving you time and making it easy to mount and un-mount hi hat cymbals. The Quick Release Hi Hat Clutch does away with threads, meaning no more loosening of the bottom nut. The Quick Release Hi Hat Clutch is also available in a drop clutch version.
