Warranty

Sonor instruments are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship when purchased through an authorized dealer. Warranty service must be handled through an authorized Sonor dealer or distributor, and proof of purchase is required. Customers should contact their original dealer to initiate any warranty claim, and the dealer will coordinate inspection, repair, or replacement as needed. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, environmental conditions, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or service performed outside of authorized Sonor service channels.
