However this stand is not too great for bigger cymbals, it almost fell over the first time I struck a china on it - luckily there was a camera guy there to save it from falling over. I didn't realize the leg span was so tiny. Ideal for a splash cymbal. I would opt for the lightweight DW stand without the boom, the boom throws the balance off center.
